President Jacob Zuma has conveyed his condolences to Pakistan after a plane crash in which 152 people were killed. Seven children were among those killed in Wednesday's crash, the worst aviation disaster in Pakistan to date. The Airbus 321 crashed into a gorge between two hills as it was preparing to land at Islamabad's Benazir Bhutto International airport.
